The cool winds of change embrace me and gently push me into a new direction.
Just like the breeze on a hot day, change is refreshing. It breaks the stillness of complacency and reminds me to
get going. I welcome change into my life and look forward to the new adventures it brings. As
I grow and learn, I change and incorporate the new knowledge into my life. How I react to something today may not be the same
way I might have yesterday, because in that day I had new experiences and learned new things. These changes are good because
they reflect my new knowledge. Change sometimes brings me the desire and incentive to break
bad habits and form good ones. Because I am open to change in my life, I can take advantage of them for self-improvement. In my career, change moves me forward to seek new goals and new opportunities. Change
brings new relationships and love into my life. All the people I know, love, and cherish arrived in my life due to changes,
both within me and outside of me. Every new person I meet brings welcome changes in their own unique way. Change also makes it possible for me to live the life of my dreams. Unless I want every detail of my life to remain
as it is - to never move an inch forward to greater fulfillment - I know I must embrace change in my life. Change is good! I release any tendency to resist it and let go of fears that may hold me back from accepting it. Today, I choose to welcome change with open arms and anticipate with joy what may come. Self-Reflection
Questions: 1. Do I tend to resist change? 2. How have recent changes enhanced my life? 3. What can I look forward to because of upcoming changes?
I seize the opportunity to keep moving forward. Life
brings me opportunities every day to forge onward toward my goals, and I make it a habit to take advantage of every occasion.
The more I practice this, the more I find amazing opportunities all around me! Each
new day brings with it a new batch of possibilities to choose from. This day may be a day of discovery where I gain new knowledge,
find a new talent, or learn a new skill. It may be a day of accomplishment. Or it may bring me rest and rejuvenation to renew
my passion and energy to achieve my goals. I use my time management
skills to schedule tasks every day that keep me moving forward. I know that each task I complete brings me one step closer
to success. Even challenges bring opportunities. In seeking solutions,
I learn new things, develop my creativity, and enhance my decision-making skills. Sometimes the silver lining propels me toward
my goal faster than if the challenge had never occurred! There is
always opportunity. I need only to let myself see it and then take decisive action! Action
is the key. Taking action keeps me moving. It keeps my mind focused on completing my tasks rather than sitting around wondering
about the "what ifs." It encourages me to do what I can in any situation and not worry about the rest. My action mindset brings me confidence because I am able to focus on what I can do rather than on what
I cannot do. Today, I choose to seize the day - to recognize the
opportunities this day brings and take action on them. Self-Reflection

our mission
no limitations we accept no limitations no walls we are outside of the box we are all about change therefore
we reform the old and build the new we accept and know therefore we are
I allow others to help me. I release
the need to try to do everything myself. Other people can do things just as well as I can, and I am relieved that they are
ready and willing to help me out. Letting others help me brings with it a whole world of benefits, starting with giving me
more time for myself! At home, I let my children help with the household
responsibilities. I start when they are just toddlers with small tasks that they can easily achieve. As they grow, I teach them how to sort their own laundry and then take care of it themselves. I show
them how to cook and clean and then assign tasks for them to do each week. I show them the importance of organization and
let them help keep things organized. As a result, they learn responsibility
and each child feels that he is an integral and needed part of the family. I
allow my spouse to help me, too. In fact, we help each other however we can. Household work is always more fun and gets done
in half the time when we do it together! Also, when I am feeling down, my spouse shores me up again. At work, I let my co-workers help me. I delegate tasks to those most suited for it, knowing that they
will do a great job. The whole team benefits when we share the work and responsibilities in this way. When I am trying to solve a problem, I seek advice from those who may have been through the same dilemma.
I let their wisdom and experience guide me in my decision. Today,
I give up the superman persona and welcome help from those who would give it. Self-Reflection
Questions: 1. Do I tend to resist the help of others? 2. How
can I get my children involved in helping around the house? 3. How can I delegate tasks more effectively at work?
